Born in the small town of Prentiss, Mississippi, and forged on the campus of Southern University, Howard L. White, Jr., is a dynamic force in leadership, AI strategy, and small business growth.
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a career that began in Fortune 500 companies, where he rose to become Salesman of the Year out of 500, Howard learned early how systems, discipline, and strategic thinking could transform performance.
But corporate success wasn’t enough. In 1999, he left it all to launch TOP Choice Products in Baton Rouge—a retail and promotional company that has employed over 125 Southern University students and mentored over 1,000 youth. His passion for mentorship and scalable growth soon led to the creation of Business Growth Dynamics Consulting, where he now trains entrepreneurs, leaders, and government teams on how to simplify success using AI and systems thinking.

Personal Life
When he’s not delivering keynotes, leading masterminds, or coaching change-makers, you’ll find him traveling with his wife Janice, intruding on his son in Houston.
Howard loves volunteering with nonprofits like 100 Black Men, Big Buddy, and the Southern University Engineering Alumni Society.
